Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from order receipt. All items must be undamaged and in original condition for full refund. There will be no refund on shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of item return, or the following business day.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to item returns.
Please note: Boneyard items are sold as-is. No refunds or exchanges will be given for Boneyard items.
We will attempt to ship all orders received before 2:00PM on each business day. Orders received after 1:00PM will be shipped within 24 hours, or the following business day. HolsterSmith.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. HolsterSmith.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but HolsterSmith.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
HolsterSmith.com is required to provide customs with an itemized list of all products we ship internationally along with the value of each item. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible in our description to minimize delays in getting your order to you. Please do not ask us to falsify the shipping documents in order to save you on taxes in your Country. While we understand your desire to save money, falsifying official records is a crime and we do not wish to involve our Company or our Customers in any illegal activities. As such, we will not create fake packing lists or reduce values of our products on our customs forms.
