Airway buffing wheels feature airflow through the wheel. This allows more control of the heat generated. Normal stitched wheels hold heat. Controlling heat when buffing can help achieve the best results.

Polish in multiple steps. Start with your most aggressive wheel and compound bar. Finish by moving toward your softest wheel and finest finishing compound bars.
WHEEL TO COMPOUND BAR
STEP 1: RED TREAT buffing wheel = BLACK compound bar. ( ~ 400 grit scratches )
STEP 2: PINK TREAT buffing wheel = GREEN Rouge polishing bar ( Medium high luster - green rouge tends to darken luster )
STEP 3: SOFT TREAT buffing wheel = Optional = PURPLE compound bar ( Ultra high luster - Purple rouge makes it shiny )
Note: Respirators are highly recommended for buffing and polishing.
