The HolsterMolds™ Large curved forming jig will help make the process of creating ergonomic waistline curvatures a breeze. The Medium radius on this model is designed to create curvature forms for waistlines measuring 36+ inches in diameter. This jig is used for for molding within press-forming and vacuum forming devices. It is made from a proprietary blend of molding polymer and will handle the pressures of daily use and heat without deformation. It comes with a removable custom cut piece of 1/2" inch Xtreme foam which will ensure excellent forming detail for the backside of your holster. This jig will produce a comfortable, professional-style curved form holster, while simultaneously cutting down the time it takes to produce each holster unit.
