These are each available in 8”x12” to 12”x24” pieces, each designed to meet the needs of any size thermoforming project. HOLSTEX® thermoforming foams are resilient, durable and made to last. They are also specially formulated to produce more detail in the final formed parts. Our holster molding foams have also been formulated to greatly minimize memory artifacts from use over time.

The Maxx Form holster molding foam that we sell is designed for medium to high detail and is the standard for thermoform molding applications. Mega Form takes it a step up the scale regarding the detail of the finished piece. Xtreme Form thermoforming holster making foam is the pinnacle of thermoforming foam products and produces the best results in all press-form applications.

These HOLSTEX® molding foams have been specifically engineered for use in press molding sheet materials like HOLSTEX®, KYDEX®, and Boltaron®. Unlike common foam molding products, this material has a much improved overall production performance in the fabrication cycle. These foams can also be used on both sides, unlike other products.
